The Permaconn PM1048 Dual SIM 4G + IP Communicator provides a reliable and secure communication link between supervised premises and the Central Station, ensuring continuous monitoring. This versatile communicator can report alarms over 4G, 3G, IP, and optionally PSTN, offering multiple pathways for robust transmission. Designed for compatibility with a wide range of alarm panels, the PM1048 uses Contact ID to transmit alarm messages efficiently through the client’s ISP, reaching any Central Station equipped with Permaconn. Prioritizing 4G/3G or IP (if Ethernet is connected) as the main alarm pathway, the unit provides PSTN backup when equipped with the DI400 module, enhancing security through layered redundancy.
